BACON & PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED BRIE
Ingredients:

1 wheel of Brie cheese (President Cheese)

4-5 slices of bacon (Hatfield Meats)

2-3 slices of prosciutto (Applegate)
- 2-3 tbsp Big Horn Bison Honey Habanero Seasoning (divided)
- 2 tbsp Big Horn Bison Honey(plus more for drizzling)
- Crackers for serving (Stacy’s)
Instructions:
- 1. Create the Bacon and Prosciutto Base:
Lay out the bacon slices in a crisscross pattern.
Place the prosciutto slices over the bacon, covering it completely. - 2. Season the Interior:
Sprinkle some of the Bighorn Bison Honey Habanero Seasoning onto the prosciutto, creating a nice layer of flavor underneath the Brie. - 3. Add the Brie:
Place the Brie wheel on top of the seasoned bacon and prosciutto layers. - 4. Wrap the Brie:
Gently fold the prosciutto and bacon over the Brie, fully encasing it.
Once wrapped, sprinkle the exterior with the remaining Bighorn Bison Honey Habanero Seasoning. - 5. Grill on NOVO Flattop:
Preheat your flattop grill to medium heat.
Place the wrapped Brie on the grill, searing each side for 2-3 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the Brie starts to soften. - 6. Drizzle with Honey:
Once off the grill, drizzle the warm, wrapped Brie with Bighorn Bison honey. - 7. Serve:
Serve with crackers, letting your guests enjoy the gooey, spicy, and sweet combo.
