Flaky, Cheesy, Irresistible: Ham and Cheese Croissant Breakfast Casserole

Your new holiday morning casserole!!! You better believe that I’ll be making this for our family Christmas morning this year!!

Ingredients

  • 6-8 large croissants
  • 1/2lb deli sliced ham
  • 6eggs
  • 2cups half and half
  • 1 1/2c Gruyère
  • 1c sharp cheddar
  • 1T Dijon mustard
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp pepper
  • 1T Big Horn Bison Sweet Heat
  • 2tsp Big Horn Bison Garlic Salt Seasoning

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350deg.
Break apart croissants and layer them with ham in 9x13 casserole dish. Top with half Of cheese.

Whisk together eggs, half and half, dijon and all seasonings. Pour into casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with additional Big Horn Bison seasoning.

Cover and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake addition 15 minutes or until set.
