The Ultimate Gooey Spicy Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownies

The only way to make chocolate desserts is with a touch of heat! I’m literally addicted to the flavor. The warmth from the cinnamon, and the lingering heat on the back of your throat from the Big Horn Bison Honey Habanero seasoning is literal perfection and will take your ordinary brownies to Master Baker level!

I dare you to make these, top it with vanilla ice cream and tell me your life isn’t changed 🙌

Ingredients

  • 1/2c butter, melted
  • 1c granulated sugar 
  • 2 eggs + 1 yolk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 3/4c AP flour
  • 1/4c cocoa powder 
  • 1T instant espresso (optional) 
  • 4oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1Tbsp Big Horn Bison Honey Habanero
  • 1/2c chocolate chips of choice

Instructions

Add sugar to melted butter and stir together. On stove top of in microwave heat until
Mixture slightly bubble but doesn’t burn. About 60seconds in micro. Let cool slightly.
Whisk in eggs and vanilla followed by flour, cocoa powder, espresso (if using), chopped chocolate, salt, cinnamon, and Big Horn Bison Honey Habanero seasoning. Mix until fully incorporated.
Taste and decide if your heat level is right. Add some more spice if you want!!!!!
Fold in chocolate chips at end.
Place into a greased square baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350deg or until toothpick comes out just clean. These should be fudgy!!!!!
